AYON at Events in 2026
As we head into 2026, we’re looking forward to getting back in front of teams in person, to share what’s new in AYON, learn what’s working in real productions, and swap notes with the wider pipeline community.
Below is a quick overview of where the AYON team will be over the next few months, plus an early heads-up on speaking opportunities at both FMX and the AYON Summit.
Where we’ll be in 2026
FMX 2026 in Stuttgart: May 5-7
We’ll have our own AYON room on May 6 for talks and presentations. If you’re attending FMX, this is a great chance to catch focused sessions and have deeper conversations around real pipeline challenges. We’ll be Silver sponsors this year too, so you’ll see lots of AYON branding at the event!
AYON Summit (Prague): May 28–29
Our community event in Prague, bringing together studios, supervisors, TDs, pipeline teams, and production leaders. There will be hands-on AYON workshops in smaller groups will taking place on May 28. The following day, May 29 (a Friday, yay!) will be the main conference day with talks. Tickets and agenda to be available soon!
MIFA / Annecy Festival: June 23-26
We’ll have a booth for demos and conversations. If you’re attending Annecy, come by to see how teams are using AYON to keep production tracking, pipeline, and review aligned.
SIGGRAPH in Los Angeles: July 19-23
We’re exploring options and will share details once confirmed.
Speaking opportunities (FMX + AYON Summit)
We’re currently lining up speaker slots for both FMX and the AYON Summit, and we’re starting outreach early to gauge interest.
