Introducing Reports in AYON
Reports is a project-level dashboard that distils complex production data directly from AYON. Easily generate charts from task statuses, published versions, folder priorities, and more.
Today, Reports live at the project level: open any project in AYON and you’ll see a Reports tab in the left-hand navigation. Studio-wide, cross-project reporting is on the roadmap for the future.
Every show generates a lot of data: tasks, versions, shots, deadlines, hand-offs. But when someone asks “Are we actually on track?” or “Are we going to get overloaded?”, you still often end up in spreadsheets, need to decipher cryptic messages or have long calls various team members.
Reports is a new add-on for AYON that aims to fix that. It gives each project a visual dashboard where you can see what’s happening in your pipeline and share it with the people who need to make decisions.
Reports is included with AYON Studio and available as a paid add-on for AYON Pro.
Reports are currently available at the project level only. You must navigate to a specific project to access the Reports tab.
Support for studio-level reporting across all projects is planned for the future.
