Announcing AYON Summit 2026 in Prague
The AYON Summit is back in Prague on 28 and 29 May 2026. If you’ve been meaning to spend proper time with the pipeline community, swap notes with other studios, and get closer to the AYON team and roadmap, this is the moment to lock it in. Tickets are on sale now, and we genuinely recommend booking early.
AYON Summit is a two-day event. Day 1 is hands-on workshops with limited capacity, built for people who want to go deep with the team. Day 2 is the main conference day, with talks, discussions, and a larger audience. You can attend the conference on day 2 without attending day 1.
Early bird pricing runs until 31 March 2026. Workshop spaces are limited to 50 people, and those spots went fast last time. Secure your ticket now, even if you’re joining us for the conference day only.

Two-day full summit pass (May 28 & 29): €139 early bird rate until 31 March, then €189 after.
Conference-only (May 29): €79 early bird rate until 31 March, then €99 after.
What your ticket covers
Your pass includes food and drinks throughout the day. Unlimited coffee, drinks, lunch, snacks, for day 1, all of that plus dinner and a closing reception with an open bar on day two. All to keep you fed, watered, and in the same space to get the most out of every minute with us.
It’s worth saying out loud, catering is the biggest cost of the event. We don’t run AYON Summit to make a profit. We run it to bring the pipeline community together, celebrate what studios are building with AYON, and make the product better through direct conversations.
Day 1, AYON workshops, 28 May
This day is for hands-on work and closer involvement with the AYON team. It goes beyond coding and is designed for a mix of roles and skill levels.
We’ll coordinate with workshop ticket holders ahead of the event to shape the topics, so the sessions are relevant to the people in the room. You’ll also get access to a private Discord channel where we’ll organise the day together.

Day 2, AYON conference, 29 May
Day two is a conference-style day focused on production, pipeline, and technology in animation and VFX. Expect keynotes, presentations, group discussions, and a closer look at what’s coming next in AYON.
You’ll hear from studios, meet other pipeline teams, and spend time with the AYON developers in discussions about the product’s future direction. Food and drinks are included throughout the day, with a closing reception in the evening.
