We provide a 30 day trial for all our subscription, however, the quickest way to explore AYON’s capabilities is through our free AYON playground. This demo uses dummy data to showcase how the platform populates information. While it has no expiration date, it’s a shared environment, meaning your changes (and those of others) can be overridden. For this reason, the workspace is reset regularly. As an alternative, consider our self-hosted community version. This version is unlimited, allowing you to test for an extended period, or even use it in a production setting.

“Active Users” in AYON are those that are able to log in, interact with the UI, publish data or have api access. You can activate and deactivate users easily in AYON settings.

You can, however, create as many “Inactive Users” as you like. This allows you to build up a database of freelancers, pre-assign them to projects and plan out their work without needing a license for them.

We offer 12-month and 3-month subscriptions. 

No, each plan comes with its own server configuration and cannot be mixed at the moment. All users within a workspace must subscribe to the same plan. You can however mix and match the lengths of your subscription. For instance have a core team on a yearly plan, while adding project teams on quarterly subscriptions when needed. 

We take great pride in the support we offer. While the level of support varies based on the plan you choose, we also offer dedicated premium monthly support services on a retainer basis. You can manage almost everything about your subscription in your organisation section on ynput.cloud portal. If there is anything you can’t achieve in the self service portal, let us know at support@ynput.io and our team will assist you. 

Our Pro and Enterprise plans include 8 hours of onboarding help to ensure your AYON is ready for swift platform usage. For complex pipeline requirements or additional setup needs, we offer premium support packages.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for AYON purchases. For annual subscriptions, we can also provide an invoice payable via bank transfer.

Apart from the free trial, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel your subscription within these 14 days of the subscription starting, you’ll receive a full refund.

For our self-hosted plans, there’s no limit to the number of users you can add to a workspace. In our cloud-hosted plans:

The Starter plan starts with 10 users, and can be extended up to a maximum of 30.
The Plus plan comes with 20 users and can be expanded to a maximum of 300.

If you need more than 300 users, please get in touch about enterprise subscription options. 

If you surpass the limits of your chosen plan, we will notify you promptly. You’ll have options to either upgrade to a plan that better suits your needs or adjust your usage to stay within the current plan’s limits. We won’t impose sudden charges without your acknowledgment, and we’re committed to ensuring you have a seamless experience, even as your requirements evolve. By locally deploying AYON community edition you will get exactly the same server and pipeline features as all our subscriptions. There are no limitations on the backend, API or integrations. Running AYON in our cloud, however, does provide you with a quick and simple setup, full monitoring and backups. We also include some extra addons as a bonus.
